Shipping Information:

We have tried to offer only products that we usually have in stock on a regular basis. As long as we have it in stock, it will ship within a few days. We are not however, a large warehouse with millions of products waiting to be ordered. Just because it is allowed to be put into your cart, does not mean that it is in-stock. The website is not real time. Most products that we are out of stock on, can be ordered and received within a couple of days from our distributor. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU UNTIL THE ORDER IS IN STOCK AND ABOUT TO SHIP!!!

The only exception to the above rates are international orders and heavier weight items. Examples of these heavy products include the Cuttlebug, Bind-It-All, 50ct O Wires, DreamKuts, Scor-It and the Cricut. All of these items will state in their description what the additional flat-rate amount is. These amounts are LESS than actual shipping costs.
International orders will be sent an email after we review the order and inform you of what the shipping amount will be. Depending upon how the package is shipped, the carrier may include a minimal amount of insurance. If you want the package insured for full value, please let us know and we will add the cost to the shipping. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES unless you purchase insurance. Once we ship the package, title transfers to you. We will offer any aid we can in filing claims with the carrier, but no credit or refund can be given once the package is pased on to the carrier.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

More Than Ink is committed to making your purchase a pleasant one. Returns are accepted for damaged or defective merchandise. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will discuss returning the merchandise back to us and getting you a replacement. Returns made for unwanted purchases are accepted for credit or exchange as long as they are in unopened, unused sellable condition in original packaging. The unwanted item can be exchanged or refunded less shipping costs. If your order had free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost that we paid. All returns for unwanted items subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us before shipping back the unwanted items. 773-857-0482
